We stock and supply wear parts for cooling towers of any make, not only our own. Most towers that are underperforming do not need replacing. They need the fill cleaned or renewed, the nozzles cleared and the drift eliminators refitted.

What to know before you specify

Fill is the single largest influence on tower performance and the first thing to degrade. Once flutes clog with biofilm and silt, air flow drops, wetted surface area falls and the approach temperature climbs. Renewing the fill pack typically restores rated duty for a fraction of the cost of a new tower.

Drift eliminators matter for a different reason. When they are damaged or missing, treated water leaves the tower as droplets, which raises make up consumption and deposits scale and biocide on nearby surfaces and vehicles.

We carry fills, nozzles, eliminators, FRP fan blades, motors, gearboxes, belts and float valves, and our service crew can fit them during a planned shutdown so the plant is back on line the same day wherever the scope allows.

Renew the heat transfer surface and stop water carryover

Film fill packs and drift eliminator blocks cut to your tower dimensions. Renewing clogged fill is the fastest and cheapest way to recover a tower that is no longer holding its design approach temperature.
